ITALY, Renaissance. The Seleukid Kings, Antiochus VII ?. Uniface Oval Cast Bronze Plaquette, after the Antique, 17th Century. (15.18 gm; 49mm x 41mm) Laureate and draped bust right, name stamped below. (cf Bekker (Leipzig) 204-206, for others of Claudius, Nero and Vitellius). Excellent condition. Very high relief with great realistic detailed portrait. Brown patina.
