SASANIAN KINGS. Khosrau II. AD. 590-628. Silver Drachm (4.06 gm; 32 mm). Mint NIH (Nihavand), year (letters blundered-either 11 or 13). Bust right, wearing mural crown with frontal crescent, two wings, and star-increscent, ribbons and crescents on shoulders; stars flanking crown; double border, star-in-crescents / Fire altar with ribbons; flanked by two attendants; star and crescent flanking flames; triple border, star-increscents in margin. Göbl type II/2; Mochiri 486; Paruck 447; Saeedi -; Sunrise 985var. Slightly bent flan between 8-10. Choice Superb EF. Lightly toned.
