TAURIC CHERSONESE. Pantikapaion. Circa 325-300 BC. Æ 21mm (5.45 g). Head of Pan right / Forepart of a griffin left; fish left below. MacDonald 69; SNG BM Black Sea 869; SNG Stancomb 541; Anokin 111; SNG Copenhagen 30-31. Good VF/VF, thick green patina, some heavy scratches on the reverse below the griffin and some breaks in the patina.
