Obverse: Bust of Aphrodite Apatura right, wearing head veil over calathus
Reverse: KAI-ΣA/PEΩN / H, Sceptre with pomegranate flower termination
Attribution: MacDonald 274/1
Grade: Very Fine
Weight: 9.93 grs.
Measure: 21.89 mm.
Notes:
Pantikapaion adopted the name Caesarea in honor of Agrippa, when under the direction of Augustus, he intervened in Bosporian politics in support of Polemo I. typical smoothing and tooling which is nearly universal for the series
