Description
SASANIAN KINGS. Shapur II. (309-379 AD). PB (Lead) Unit (4.90 gm; 20 mm). Obverse; bust turning right, double ring around the image, reverse; fire altar with attendants, two large dots on right and left of flame and two large dots on either side of fire altar base, with firgure turning left in the fire - Choice Very Fine. Extremely rare. Nice original find patina.
