SASANIAN KINGS. Yazdgard I. AD. 399-420. Æ (1.50 gm; 16 mm). Obverse; Yazdgird's bust turning right, with monogram in front of face, reverse: fire altar with attendants, crescent on either sides of flame. Lovely strike on anice broad flan. Choice aEF. Nice original find patina. Extremely rare.
