SASANIAN KINGS. Yazdgard I. AD. 399-420. Æ (2.48 gm; 18 mm). Yazdgird's bust turning right, monogram of crescents or letters possible "zych"in front of face, reverse, fire altar with attendants, 2 crescents on either side of flame, no mint or date. Lovely strike on a nice broad medallic flan. Choice Good VF / VF. Nice original find patina. Extremely rare.
