Description

Date: 253-268 AD

Obverse: Laureate bust right
Reverse: Gate or arch with columns on the façade, doors and windows between the columns, surmounted by elephants and figures. The letters CCI in exergue are backwards, but the letter P in right field is facing the correct way. Pellet at top of the large door.

Attribution: Price/Trell 213 v., SNG France 1531 v.

Grade: near Extremely Fine

Weight: 12.31 grs.

Measure: 29.63 mm.
