INDIA, KUSHAN EMPIRE. Heraios. ( Circa 1 - 30/50 AD.). AR Tetradrachm (13.84 gm; 28 mm). Diademed bust right / Heraios on horseback right; behind, Nike flying right, crowning him with wreath; below horse. Loeschner fig. 6a; Cribb, Heraeus 13-16 var. (legends); Senior B1.2T; Alram 1263 var. (same); Donum Burns 9 var. (legends); Sunrise 520. Well struck on a nice flan. Some hairline scratches on the fields. Some minor pitting, otherwise well struck. Choice Good VF. Rare.
