THRACE, Dynasts of Koson. mid to early 1st century BC. Gold Stater (8.34 gm; 21 mm). NGC-MS (Strike 4/5; Surface 3/5). Wavy flan. Certificate # 4682280-035. Dacian mint, Roman consul accompanied by two lictors, monogram to left, ??SO? in exergue / Eagle standing left on scepter, holding wreath. BMC Thrace 1; RPC I 1701. Choice FDC. Fully lustrous.
