ROMAN EMPIRE. Crispus, as Caesar. AD. 316-326. Æ Follis (3.50 gm; 20 mm). Treveri mint, struck AD. 320. Helmeted and cuirassed bust right / VIRTVS EXERCIT, signum; bound captive seated to left and right; VOT/ XX inscribed on the standard. PTR in exergue. Cf. RIC 261. Lovely strike on a nice broad flan. Nice brown-reddish patina. Exceptional quality and strike. Choice Superb "Almost as Struck".
