Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Macrinus right facing bare-headed, draped and cuirassed bust of Diadumenian left / Apollo, naked, standing left by altar, holding patera in right and olive branch in left hand, E in right field. AMNG I 728; Varbanov, GIC I . Sharply struck on a nice full flan. Beautiful original green-reddish patina. Choice EF.
