1st century B.C. Æ coin (16 mm, 1.71 g). Elephant rider advancing left, holding ankusa (elephant goad) / 3-arched hill topped by crescent. Pieper 205. This rare variety has a rider mounted on the elephant. A choice specimen with complete details. Very fine.
