THESSALY, Larissa. 4th. Century BC. AR Drachm (6.14 gm; 20 mm). Head of nymph Larissa three-quarters left, wearing ampyx, pendant earring, and wire necklace / ????S—??O?, horse crouching right, about to roll. Lorber, SNR 79 (2000), Phase L-III, cf. 61–63. Superb style. Well struck on a nice full flan. Choice Good EF. Nice old-cabinet toning.
