Description
Bronze Reliquary Cross. Byzantine, X-XII Century AD. Bronze cross with loop and hinge on top, hinged bottom, figures of Saint with moulded head in relief and body incised (Virgin orans?) on both sides. 4.5” overall. Green black patina. Choice and wearable. A museum piece.
