Description
A fine Chimu figural vessel from Peru, c. 1100 – 1450 AD. This fine orangeware example is 5-3/4” high and features a nicely detailed figure depicted atop the front chamber. The chambers are connected and both are decorated with deeply incised designs. In excellent condition, with good mineral deposits. Ex Sarmiento collection. Value range: $375 - $450
