Description
An exceptional Kushan head, c. 1st – 3rd century AD. This lovely example is 3-3/4” high and depicts an individual wearing an ornate headdress. Much of the head is covered with a thin layer of stucco, which retains much of its green pigment. Mounted. Ex Stuart Bart estate. Value range: $175 - $250
