Lot 310: ANTIQUITIES. A pair of Pale Green Roman Glass Bottles

A lot of 2 pale green Roman glass bottles, c. 1st - 2nd Century AD, the first with pear-shaped body, tubular neck and curled rim. H: 3 ¾” (9.5 cm). The second a jar the body rounded with indented base, short neck and flared mouth with inward folded rim. H: 2 ¼” (5.7 cm). Both intact with light iridescence and earthen deposits. Ex Los Angeles private collection. Value Range $300 - $400.
