SASANIAN KINGS. Bahram (Varhran) II (276-293 AD). Silver Drachm (4.10 gm; 26 mm). Triple portrait of Bahram, Queen (wearing Jackal/dog head crown) and Crown Prince (wearing eagle or Homay head crown), reverse; fire altar with attendants both wearing Bahram's crown, Faravahar symbol to the left of flames, holed, otherwise well struck. SNS Type VI-c, Gobl plate 4 type 64; Sunrise 786. Choice EF. Nice old cabinet toning. Comes with Steven Album's original tag from 1970s. Extremely Rare.
