SASANIAN KINGS. Hephtalite imitation of Peroz. AD. 457/9-484. Silver Drachm (3.98 gm; 28 mm). Hephtalite imitation of Peroz drachm, 4 large dots on the obverse on the outer edge, reverse, letter "M" for Malka (King) on the left of attendant as is in Peroz standard issues. Mint abbreviation obliterated by strike. Minor die break on reverse, otherwise well struck on a nice flan. Choice Good VF. Nice old cabinet toning. Ex. CNG Auction 369, lot 339.
