PHILIP I. 244-249 AD. Æ Sestertius (30mm - 21.18 g). Rome mint. Struck 146 AD. IMP M IVL PHILIPPVS AVG, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / P M TR P III COS PP, S-C across fields, Felicitas standing facing, head left, holding long caduceus in right hand, cornucopia in left. RIC IV 149a; Cohen 125. VF, dark brown patina with some earthen deposits, light roughness.
RIC incorrectly gives the reverse legend as ending COS II PP.
