SASANIAN Stamp Seal. Ca. 4th. -5th Century AD. (6.86 gm; 28 mm x 22mm x 6mm). 2 holes on either side. Legend: yw’r(?) gosh(y?) = Yaawar Gosh; Helper of Gosh.“Gosh” is the deity that is the protector of live stock and four legged animals. In Zoroastrian Calendar is the 14th day of every month. This deity is also called “Drvaspa”. Some minor chipping and normal wear, otherwise excellent condition.
