KINGS of PERSIS. Vahsir (Oxathres) I. 1st century BC.-1st Century AD. Silver Hemidrachm (1.90 gm; 13 mm). Type 1. Bearded bust left, wearing diadem with three ties and torque with three segments; e behind / Vahsir standing left, holding scepter and sacrificing before altar to left; blundered legend. K&M -; Alram 580; Tyler-Smith 114-5; Sunrise 603. Nicely struck on a full flan. Choice Good VF. Nice find original patina.
