A fine Maya zoomorphic whistle from Guatemala, c. 400 – 800 AD. This unusual example is 3-1/2” long and depicts a turtle with glyphs molded on its shell. Strong mineral deposits, great tone on the whistle. Ex Nye Gallery. Value Range: $250 - $350
