An exceptional Inca zoomorphic effigy vessel from Peru, c. 1300 – 1500 AD. This lovely example is 8” long and depicts a nicely detailed shrimp. The face is expressive and all of the physical details are molded in high relief. In perfect condition, with good mineral deposits. Ex Sarmiento collection. Value range: $550 - $650
