Bronze Writing Stylus. Roman, 100-300 AD. Bronze stylus (used for writing on wax tablets) with sharp writing point and wide chisel eraser, fine turned and inscribed decoration. Trace of tinning. 5.25” long. Superb condition a fortunate river find where the muck keep out the corrosive elements.
