Exquisite Pair of Gold Plated Earrings. Byzantine, 1250-1400 AD. Pair of large loop earrings with large fixed bipyramid bead with elaborate grainulated designs and eight spiked projections, flanked by two sphrocal open work fixed beads, twisted decoration on loop. Gold plated silver. 1.75” diameter. Choice. Very impressive.
