ARAB-SASANIAN, "KHWLYD" (Khalid) , Æ (1.06 gm; 22 mm). obverse, figure to the right, Kufic/Arabic name "KHWLYD" (Khalid) or Khulid behind the head, phrase in front of face ilegible, reverse, Kalima. Name might be related to Khalid ibn Abbad, no mint, Possibly Sakastan, close to Gyselen Type 60. Nice brown reddish patina. Choice VF. Extremely rare.
