Bismillah in the second quarter margin, Pahlavi spelling of Arabic phrase "DWLAWTN" (Government), meaning, "governing in the name of Allah". Slightly wavy flan. Some hairline scratches on obverse and reverse field. Some minor original deposit. Choice EF. Extremely rare.
