Arab Sasanian, Farrokhzat (695-699 AD). Æ (0.84 gm; 25mm x 24mm). Khosrau II style bust to the right, name "PLHWZAT" in front of face, reverse; Standing figure with holding a spear in both top and bottom and wearing helemt, phrase to the left "APShT" continued to the right"(a)WN Apzut". Phrase "'psht'n Apzuti" meaning "Confidence and strength to be increased". Album 46, Gyselen 109. Struck on a nice broad flan. Nice brown reddish and green patina. Choice Very Fine. RRR - Extremely rare in any condition.
