SELEUKID KINGS of SYRIA. Antiochos II Theos. 261-246 BC. AR Tetradrachm (26mm - 16.83 g). Susa mint. Struck in the name of Seleukos I, circa 311-300 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion's skin headdress / Zeus seated left, holding eagle in right hand, scepter in left; monogram before, monogram under throne. SC 603.3-603.4 var. (left hand control as 603.3, lower monogram as 603.4). Good VF, some light surfaces erosion. Unrecorded variant.
