A fine Moche orangeware vessel from Peru, c. 550 – 700 AD. This finely made effigy is 7” long, 6” high and depicts a melon with a widely flared spout at the top. The beautifully burnished orange slip shows good mineral deposits and trails. Ex Espinoza estate. Value range: $500 - $600
