Description
A group of 4 Bactrian stone bowls, c. 2200 - 1700 BC, each of a banded calcite, three with concave sides and wide, flat mouths, the last with narrow base and flared mouth. Each with minor chipping, but a colorful group with attractive banding. Largest bowl measures 1 1/8” x 1 ¼” (1.9 x 2.2 cm). Ex Los Angeles private collection. Value Range $350 - $450.
