SELEUKID KINGS, Antiochos I Soter. 280-261 BC. Æ Chalkous (2.50 gm; 15 mm). Magnesia on Mount Sipylus. Helmeted head of Athena facing / BAS???OS / ???????? Nike advancing left, holding wreath and palm frond. Control: Monogram in outer left field. SC 320; HGC 9, 193. Lovely strike on a nice full flan. Choice Superb EF. Nice brown original earthen patina. Very nice example for this issue.
