Euboia, Histiaia. 3rd-2nd centuries B.C. AR tetrobol (15 mm, 2.17 g, 12 h). Head of the nymph Histiaia right / IΣTI-AIEΩN, nymph seated right on prow; wing on prow; below, monogram. Cf. BCD Euboia 389 (same style obv.). Just some slight doubling of the legend on the reverse, otherwise a perfect specimen! Excellent metal, lustrous, a very high relief portrait of Histiaia, perfect centering. .
