Seleukid Kingdom. Antiochos VII Euergetes. 138-129 B.C. AR tetradrachm (28 mm, 15.94 g, 11 h). Antioch on the Orontes. Diademed head right / BAΣIΛEΩΣ ANTIOXOY EYEP-ΓETOY, Athena standing left, holding Nike and resting hand on grounded shield ornamented with a gorgoneion; leaning against arm, spear; in left field, monogram above A; in inner right field, Φ; all within laurel wreath. SC 2061.4b; HGC 9, 1067d. Toned, light porosity. Very fine.
