Ptolemaic Kingdom. Ptolemy VIII Euergetes II (Physcon). Second reign, 145-116 B.C. Æ (24 mm, 10.43 g, 12 h). Uncertain Cypriot mint, RY 34 (136 B.C.). Diademed head of Zeus-Ammon right / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ, eagle standing left; in left field, date (L ΛΔ) above lotus flower. Svoronos 1629; SNG Copenhagen 661. Dark brown earthen patina. Very fine.
