Lucania, Metapontion. Ca. 330-290 B.C. AR nomos (22 mm, 7.91 g, 11 h). Wreathed head of Demeter left / META, barley ear of seven grains, leaf to left; tongs above leaf, [AΘ]A below. Johnston class C, 4; HN Italy 1583. Worn obverse die. Nearly very fine.
