Sicily, Syracuse. Agathokles. 317-289 B.C. Æ litra (23 mm, 8.89 g, 9 h). Ca. 306/4-289 B.C. ΣΩΤΕ[IΡΑ], bust of Artemis Soteira right, quiver at shoulder / AΓΑΘΟΚΛΕΟΣ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΟΣ, winged thunderbolt. CNS 142; BAR issue 33; SNG ANS 708. Green patina, some cleaning marks. Very fine.
