Khwarezmia, Afrighids. Sawshafan. Mid-late 8th century A.D. AR drachm (26 mm, 2.72 g, 6 h). Crowned and diademed bust of Sawshafan right / King on horseback right, holding whip; in left field, tamgha. Vainberg ΓV/7; cf. Rtvelazde 48. Toned, edge chip at 10 h. Very fine.
