SICILY, Gela, ca. 465-450 B.C. AR Tetradrachm (17.24 g, 26 mm). Charioteer driving quadriga right, column with Ionic capital behind / CELAS - Forepart of man-headed bull right. Jenkins 229; SNG ANS 50; SNG München 280. Although not a rare series, the types with the Ionic columns are considerably more scarce.
