Description
A Hellenistic terracotta female figure, Canosan, c. 3rd Century AD, the seated figure wearing a short tunic pulled tightly over her protruding stomach, her head tilted slightly to her left, her short hair jaw length. Traces of pink pigment and white slip. H: 4” (10.1 cm). Repair to left leg at knee. Ex Orange County private collection. Value Range: $500-$600
