A lovely Chancay textile from Peru, c. 1100 – 1450 AD. This intricately woven sash is 36” long, 3” wide and features pairs of birds executed in a variety of colors. In excellent condition, lightly basted to modern fabric to maintain stability. Ex Roman estate. Value range: $250 - $350.
