Description
A marvelous Vicus feline effigy from Peru, c. 200 BC – 200 AD. This superbly detailed example is 9-1/2” long, 7” high and depicts a mythical feline with large ears and exaggerated eyes. It is extensively decorated with design panels, as well as a collar and ear décor. Strong paint, good mineral deposits. Ex Espinoza estate. Value Range: $800 - $1000
