HOUSE of YORK. Edward IV, second reign. 1471-1483. AR Groat (23mm - 2.42 g). London mint; mm: pellet and cross. Type XVIIb, struck 1471-1483. Crowned facing bust within tressure of arches; fleurs on cusps, quatrefoil on breast, saltire stops / Long cross pattée; trefoils in quarters. Blunt & Whitton Type XVIIb; North 1631; SCBC 2098. VF, toned, slight double striking, clipped slightly.
