Kingdom of Persis. Darios (Darev) I. Late 2nd century B.C. AR drachm (17 mm, 3.95 g, 2 h). Bearded bust of Darios I right, wearing tiara with three rows of pellets; crescent on tiara / King standing left, holding scepter and sacrificing before altar to left. Klose & Müseler 4/4; Alram 564; Tyler-Smith type 1c; Sunrise 589. Good very fine.
