Silver Obol, (0.59gm, 15mm) mint B ("Hamadam") Bust of Ardashir I right, wearing diadem (type R) and Parthian-style tiara decorated with eagle standing right, wings spread, with ribbon in its beak. Rev. Fire altar (flames 1) with diadems (type R) and three pellets on altar tiers. about extremely fine. Toned, second example. From European collection.
