Carausius. Romano-British Emperor, A.D. 287-293. Æ antoninianus (18 mm, 3.57 g, 6 h). Uncertain mint. IMP C[ARAVSIVS] P F AV, radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Carausius right / LI[TIT] AV, Pax standing facing, head left, holding branch and scepter. Cf. RIC 1085. An unusual, crude (perhaps imitative?) issue. Choice green patina. Good very fine.
