England. Edward IV. Second reign, 1471-1483. AR halfgroat (19 mm, 1.14 g, 4 h). Canterbury, under Archbishop Thomas Bourchier, 1477-1480. Initial mark: rose. Crowned bust of Edward IV facing, with C on breast / Long cross pattée, with trefoils in each quarter. North 1637; SCBC 2106. Toned. Slightly wavy and thin flan crack. Very fine.
