Description
A lot of three Egyptian faience plaques, Late Period, c. 664 - 30 BC. The first is rectangular shaped, the top curved with suspension loop and contains a beaded border surrounding a trio of seated god, each with a sceptre. On the back, two human eye signs between tall vases. 19 x 15mm. Minor chip to corner; The second is a dark faience plaque depicting the goddess Sekhmet, seated on a chair and holding a sceptre, H: 24mm. Missing suspension loop; the last is a light blue faience plaque depicting the goddess Sekhmet, holding an offering, H: 29mm. Intact. An interesting trio! Ex Orange County private collection. Value Range: $250 - $350.
